He’s a great communicator, friendly guest, and always puts dogs first. Before the big day, he offered a meet & greet, which we recommend! And coordinating the big day was a breeze. We told him what we envisioned, and he made it happen. He was on time, professional, and prepared. We even did a ‘first lick’, which Eric pulled off tremendously."
